Oracover - ORACOLOR 2K-PU Filler (300 g) - 08445
ORACOLOR® 2K-PU-FILLER in white. This filler has excellent adhesion on steel, aluminium, wood, glass fibre reinforced polyester objects and ORATEX®. The 2K-PU-Filler comes with great filling properties, dries fast, does not shrink, is temperature-resistant and can be sanded easily. lt has been developed to be the base for the ORACOLOR® paint system. The 2K-PU-Filler is supplied with a matching hardener. Unlike basic fillers areas filled with ORACOLOR® 2K-PU-Filler can be immediately covered with ORACOVER® and ORATEX®.
Thoroughly clean the surface. Remove humidity, rust, dirt, grease and old paint. Sand lightly. Mix the required quantity of ORACOLOR® 2K-PU-Filler with the hardener at the ration 2:1 and apply within 5-10 minutes. The hardener for the ORACOLOR® 2K-PU-Filler is susceptible to humidity. Therefore, it should be stored in tightly closed tins only. The hardener tends to skin formation if it gets in contact with air. After 180-240 minutes drying you can sand ORACOLOR® 2K-PU-Filler.
