Bison Vinyl Plastic – Adhesive for Softened Plastics w/ Patch (25 ml)

Adhesive designed primarily for repairing products made of softened PVC. It allows gluing and repairing even under water. It consists of a contact polyurethane adhesive and a transparent film of softened PVC for easy repairs. Withstands temperatures from −15 °C to +70 °C.

Scope of use

The glue is suitable for gluing soft PVC and vinyl (inflatable boats, beds, swimming pools, PVC raincoats, tent fabrics, films, bathroom curtains, etc.), artificial leather and Skai® material (upholstery of seats in cars, on chairs or seats, canopies , vinyl shoes, belts, etc.).

Instructions for use

Degrease, clean and dry the glued surface. Cut the supplied foil into a round shape 1-2 cm larger than the hole or crack. Apply a thin layer of glue to both surfaces, let dry for about 5-10 minutes and press firmly together for a few seconds.

Wait at least 6 hours (at a temperature of +20 °C) for inflatable items before re-inflating them. If you are gluing underwater, prepare a patch of the correct size and apply glue to the patch. Immediately submerge in water and apply to damaged area (e.g. torn pool liner). Leave on for at least 12 hours without straining.

Tip

For hard plastics, use Bison Plastic - an adhesive for cold welding and bonding of hard plastics.

Warning: Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C. Recommended wood moisture content 10% to 18% (maximum 25%). After use, close the container properly and store it in a dry, cool place protected from frost at a temperature of +10 °C to +20 °C. The minimum storage period is 18 months. It may be shorter after opening.
