Resin Cast Frames Large - Variable Form (Large)

Variable mold for the production of castings from resin or silicone. Made of transparent methacrylate with a thickness of 5 mm. It includes four spring clips that hold each side of the mold securely in place. The form can be used repeatedly.

The mold can be configured in a variety of ways, so you can get a casting with the exact dimensions you need. It must be remembered that the contact surfaces of the mold are not perfectly tight, and therefore a suitable material must be used to seal them.

Instructions for use:

1. Before starting the casting process, make sure that the walls of the mold are free of imperfections, dust and dirt.
2. If you use a release agent, keep in mind that the walls of the castings may not be completely smooth.
3. Place the spring clips on the L-shaped joints.
4. The contact surfaces of the individual parts of the mold and the base must be sealed with a suitable material.
5. Pour the resin (or other material) evenly into the mold.
6. After the resin (or other material) has hardened, you can dismantle the mold.
