Template information

The German Sd.Kfz.234/2 represented one of the most feared armored vehicles deployed during World War II. It was one of four versions of the Sd.Kfz.234, which was based on its predecessor, the Sd.Kfz.234/1.

The Puma consisted of a proven undercarriage platform, which was complemented by a powerful KwK 39/1 5cm cannon and a 7.92mm machine gun mounted on a rotating turret. Her 8 powered wheels provided excellent mobility.

The 210-horsepower diesel engine drove the 12-ton vehicle at speeds of up to 80 km/h. The range value of 1000 km was also impressive. However, production, which took place between December 1943 and September 1944, was limited to just 100 units.
