The Mini Maxx delivers what no other model of this size does. The spatially designed nylon chassis with integrated shock absorber towers creates a very strong and extremely durable foundation. The advantage is the modular construction of the chassis, which facilitates service.
The model is fitted with large-volume oil shock absorbers and generously dimensioned suspension, which are driven through front and rear planetary differentials with metal gears.
The AC motor provides high performance and endless fun. The speed controller offers the option of limiting the maximum power by 50%, so both adults and children can drive the car.
The car is controlled by a Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz transmitter with precise steering mechanics. A wide variety of spare and tuning parts including lighting kits are available for the model, you just have to choose!

Traxxas BL-2s engine from larger models
The Traxxas BL-2s AC drive has already proven to deliver extreme power and high torque on 1:10 scale models. In the case of the Mini Maxx, this drive system is therefore significantly oversized with regard to the weight of the model.
Clipless bodywork
The unique body attachment system using beaks in the wheel arches allows for quick and easy battery replacement and a clean look of the model. Unlike traditional posts with clips, the body adheres to the clipless holder with a much larger area, so it does not crack.
Servo steering
Traxxas 2056 standard size digital servo with DC motor and nylon gears is waterproof. For maximum resistance to water, the servo box is fitted with a seal.
Traxxas BL-2s 3300kV AC motor
The Traxxas BL-2s 3300kV AC motor provides ideal and affordable propulsion. The motor is equipped with a Quick Connect connector for easy connection. Other features include:

Traxxas BL-2s Electronic Controller
Waterproof electronic BL-2s AC controller with three driving modes, support for 2S LiPo batteries and easy control with the EZ-Set button. The BL-2s controller is equipped with a training mode that limits full throttle to 50%.
Thanks to this, novice drivers or children can gradually familiarize themselves with the features of the model and prepare for the full performance of the car. Thermal protection, protection against under-discharge of LiPo batteries, gold-plated connectors, simple operation, intuitive signaling with a two-color LED diode and a powerful cooler that can be supplemented with an optional fan (not included in the package). BL-2s controller modes:
Sport: Default mode, forward, braking and reverse are possible.
Race: Mode suitable for racing. Forward and brake is possible; reverse is not available.
Training: Mode suitable for children or novice riders. It is possible to drive forward with a power limitation of 50%, brake and drive backwards with a power limitation of 50%.
Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz RC Kit
The model is controlled via a 2-channel Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz steering wheel transmitter. The transmitter is powered by only 4 AA cells. There is a rotary knob on the transmitter that trims the steering (the model goes straight if the steering wheel is in the center position). The status of the batteries in the transmitter is indicated by an LED. Reverse can be set on the transmitter on the throttle and steering channels.

The Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz three-channel receiver ensures safe driving without interruptions. Easy one-button pairing and LED status indication.
Package contents
The package includes a fully assembled 1:12 scale Traxxas Mini Maxx RC car model with installed components: Traxxas BL-2s 3300kV AC Motor, Traxxas BL-2s AC Speed Controller, Traxxas 2056 Servo and Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz Receiver.
In the package, you will also find a two-channel Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz transmitter, a 2A USB-C charger, a 2S LiPo drive battery with a capacity of 3500 mAh, small accessories, CZ instructions and an EN, DE, FR, SP manual.
Must be purchased
To operate the model, it is necessary to add only 4 AA cells (pencil batteries) for the transmitter.
Accessories for normal operation
For the normal operation of the RC car, you need tire glue, silicone oil for shock absorbers and a set of allen screwdrivers.
The bead of the tire is glued to the rim with tire glue. It is always necessary that the tire is firmly glued all the way around! If the tire is not glued all the way around, it may tear.
Tire glue has a special composition that is able to glue materials such as rubber or nylon, with the fact that even after hardening, the glued joint remains flexible. Do not use ordinary instant glue - it is not flexible after hardening, and cracks would gradually form around the rim.
For routine maintenance, screw glue is needed. Screws screwed into the metal material (e.g. screws in the motor or worm in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this glue.
Sometimes it is necessary to add silicone oil to the shock absorbers. During normal operation, there are only slight leaks of silicone oil on the piston rods of the shock absorber. In the event that the surface of the damper pistons or the condition of the seals is in poor condition, the oil leakage may be large.
For these cases, so-called repair kits are supplied. In the range of tuning parts, piston rods with an extremely hard TiN (titanium nitride) coating are delivered to all shock absorbers. Piston rods with a TiN surface are easily recognized by their golden-green color. From our range of silicone oils, we recommend TLR, Traxxas or Medial silicone oils, see recommended accessories.
